• Do not take it within two hours of antacids, iron, calcium or zinc, which block its absorption.
• It can make skin more sensitive to sun, so cover up outdoors.
• Tell your doctor if you have epilepsy, tendon problems, myasthenia gravis or kidney disease.
• It is generally avoided in pregnancy and in children unless a doctor decides the benefit is clear.
